New Jersey Chapter Announces Hindu Heritage Day-2016

NJ chapter of VHP of America is pleased to announce the celebration of being Hindu, at a Hindu Heritage Day-2016. The event will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at North Brunswick High School, 98 Raider Rd., North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

The event will start at 1:00 PM and will end at 7:00 PM.

There will be several cultural programs of short duration to encourage children. These programs will not be of filmy type but ones that will highlight Hindu culture.

There would be dignitaries from all walks of life. Swami Adhyatmananda Ji of Shivananda Ashram, Gujarat will be on hand to interact with the children and the youth. Swamiji is well known for his ability to connect with the youth in this country.

There will be fun too. You will have a chance to enjoy Rangoli, Mehndi, Ethnic Fashion Show, Face Painting, Bharatiya (Indian) Games, Raffle, Exhibits on Bharat, etc.

There will be stalls for shopping garment, jewelry, books, spiritual items, etc.

Bharatiya food would be available for purchase.

Entrance fee is a nominal $2 per person only. No fee for Children under 12.
